An important condition for a pleasant atmosphere in a spa is peace. Turn off or mute your mobile phones; lower your voice when talking so you don’t bother others.
HYGIENE IS IMPORTANT
Showering is mandatory before entering the sauna world, it is recommended before massage and body care.
NUDITY IS NATURAL, BUT ALSO HIDDEN TO THE EYES
You enter saunas naked and barefoot, without makeup or jewellery; only the use of towels or sheets is allowed. Swimsuits are obligatory in the pool and beside it.
SECURITY IS AVAILABLE
Lock personal items (handbags, jewellery, keys, mobile phones, etc.) in a changing room locker. We are not responsible for loss or theft of your property, so please do not bring valuable items to the spa.
POSITION SELECTED
Choose your favourite position in the rest area, but when you are not there, do not occupy the place.
REST IS A MUST
Sauna sessions should proceed in a way that feels good to you and in line with recommendations given at individual saunas. Each sauna session should be followed by at least 15 minutes of rest.
OTHER BUT NO LESS IMPORTANT RULES
• Bringing food and drinks and use of body care products is not allowed in the sauna world.
• People of poor health should consult a doctor before visiting. If you experience signs of malaise, dizziness or any other signs indicating health problems, stop the procedures immediately. Visiting the spa is at your own risk.
• Going to spas is not recommended to all who have serious health problems (circulatory disorders, too high or too low blood pressure, cardiovascular disorders, tuberculosis, epilepsy, cancer, skin diseases, virosis, flu, etc.).
• Visiting the sauna world and staying in a resting area is permitted to persons over 18 years of age.
• Guests of the hotel enter in a bathrobe with the hotel towel they get in the room. Reservation is required for procedures and for visits to the sauna world.
• Services can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked date, for cancellations up to 4 hours earlier 50% will be charged. The full price will be charged for cancellation at a later time or non-use of a service without cancellation.
